If the warranty is through best buy then you can simply take it in and get another one. But they will try ans fix it for you. And by fix it, i mean send it to the manufacturer and have then fix it all at a cost to you. I would reach out to the manufacturer for tech support first. If that doesnt work and you have a warranty through bestbuy, take it to the geek squad and simply ask for an exhange. Hope this helps.
