Does this modem have routing capabilities? null

It's work with my router Linksys E1200.

Not that I'm aware of.I have my own Netgear router>works well with that.Hooked up to my PC through my router.

No. See my review. It is generally better to buy the router separate from the cable modem. You can buy them together (two devices packaged in the same box), but there is no price savings, and then you will always need to replace them together. Routers are changing quickly right now. The newest fastest standards cost in the $300 range.

No this modem does not. You must purchase a separate router. This device has only 1 Ethernet port. This does however give you greater flexibility in choosing your router that is best suited for your needs.
