A:Answer Thank you Surfboard Community for your prompt response to my earlier question about the RESPONSIBILITY for pushing Firmware Updates into an Arris G34 Combination Modem Router.
Unfortunately, 2 different support techs at my ISP (Spectrum) disagree. They say it is the owner's (my) responsibility to somehow become aware of a new Firmware update, obtain that update, and load it into my device.
Can you advise on how I can resolve ?
