To change the admin password on your SURFboard G34, open a web browser, go to http://192.168.0.1, and proceed if a security warning appears. If you initially set up your G34 via the Surfboard Central app (iOS/Android) and connected the admin account to your ARRIS account, you shouldn't manually change the password in the Web Manager afterward—it may cause access issues. It's best to keep it synced rather than switching methods. If you must reset the admin password and can't recall it, you'll have to factory reset the router.
