• We got told no after trying to go through the self install on spectrum that failed twice

• The SURFboard G34 is approved for use with Spectrum's high-speed internet plans up to 1 Gbps. It includes Wi-Fi 6 (AX3000) and four 1-Gbps Ethernet ports, making it suitable for most home and small office setups. Spectrum Voice (Home Phone) service is not compatible with customer-owned modems like the G34.
