AT&T is DSL, this is a CABLE modem. There is nowhere to plug a phone line into this modem. Also, AT&T uses a proprietary modem if you have ATT U-Verse.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No. This is for cable Internet service only. If you use your ATT cell phone service for Internet you will need to get either a mobile hot spot or a home installation directly from ATT. If you plan on streaming video or downloading a lot of files you are better of using cable or DSL service at home because the cost of wireless or satellite service is much higher due to the data limits. I only use my wireless service from Verizon while traveling or if my home cable Internet service goes down.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This unit works flawlessly with my Comcast Internet service. Why rent a modem when you can own your own.
