No, I do not believe it does. It is a basic modem with a single Ethernet port so you can only connect 1 device. I connected a router to it and my router manages all of my network connections.

If you find an Comcast authorized modem that supports phone service, please pass the info along. Be careful if purchasing a modem online from a 3rd party. I attempted that and was sold a stolen Comcast modem.
