Remember to call 1-866-540-6096, their REAL tech support line, if anything goes wrong. Those people actually know things (even if they're all mostly in India).

I used this exact model for about a year with Comcast(and still do) I will say this though if this is the one that has the combo modem/router I would SUGGEST you get your own router....the combo's just fail sooner than the plain modems for whatever reason.
