The only difference between the S33 and SB8200 is the presence of a 2.5Gbps ethernet port on the S33 modem (hence S33 is a future proof modem and would work with multi-gig speed tier subscription from your service provider)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This would be a slight upgrade, but you might not be able to take full advantage of its enhancements. It is newer and has a faster Multi-gigabit network input along with one 1-Gigabit network connection vs the SB8200 which has 2 1-Gigabit ports. It's probably not worth the upgrade unless your modem is on the fritz or you upgrade your ISP to multi-gigabit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Only if you have gigabit plan. with overhead cable providers give this can pull 1200mbps wired on gigabit plan if you have 2.5gbps ethernet router.
