• No. You use the top one (2,5Ghz). In order to use both you would need two separate internet accounts from your provider which would cost extra.

• It should. According to the documentation it has 2 downstream x 2 upstream OFDM DOCSIS 3.1 channels.

• From what I understood, it doesn't. If you want to use the 2nd lan port, you have to add on another internet line for that one, essentially, paying for two internet plan.
