“Can this device be used with Google Mesh devices AND have other devices plugged directly into the SURFboard S33 32? I ask because the SVG2482AC I presently own cannot or at least not very well. The SVG2482AC can only be used as a 'bridge'.”

You can certainly use the S33 modem with the google mesh system but please note that S33 is a cable modem only (it does not have an inbuilt wifi router), so you can plug a device directly to the S33 modem to receive the internet connectivity (but the internet connection then would be limited to that one device only). If you have multiple devices, we would recommend connecting a wifi system (like the google mesh that you indicated to the S33 modem) so that multiple devices can get the internet connectivity simultaneously
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is just cable modem with no WIFI so it can hook directly up to Google Mesh router. You have Gateway so you have to use bridge mode to disable the wifi by going with modem only you could bypass bridge mode.
