• The ac1900 model r7000 is only a router. Not a modem router. Does this arris model work with it?

• The AC1900 model R7000 already contains a cable modem, with the same DOCSIS 3.0 performance as the S33 cable modem. You would have to disable in settings the cable modem in the Netgear AC1900, be careful with IP addresses, and you would not gain performance. It is theoretical possible, but it is complex, with no obvious benefit.
