“I am trying to connect a new device to my wifi . It is asking for network security key I tried every number on the modem and it will not connect what can I be doing wrong”

• The key should be on your router. Look on back or bottom. The SSID is the name of your router and then the password should be on it. Sometimes you can use the WIFI button on the back of the router to enable the device.

• It is talking about the Password that is on your router or it is the password that you created when you had everything set up so that way nobody else can log onto your Wi-Fi signal.
