YES. I've been using it with Spectrum for about five years, and I just installed one for a (Spectrum-using) client a few days ago. To activate it, you'll need to either call Spectrum tech support OR use the activation wizard that pops up when you connect for the first time; DO NOT do both. Either way, activation takes about five minutes and two modem reboots.
