My experience with this modem started out great and I gave it 5 stars. I would change it to 1 star now if I could. It's constantly crashing and rebooting, daily. Sometime I just lose my internet connection with out it rebooting and all of the lights are still on and I need to unplug it and plug it in again. Gaming? Crash. Watching some streaming media? Reboots. It's gotten to the point that I'm now searching for a new modem which is how I came across this question while trying to see if others were having this issue.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did that 1 time, There is a reset button that you have hold in for so many seconds in order to reset it. Try That! Since Then no more problems! I have mine plugged into a APC 1500VA Power Saving Back UPS with 10 Outlets it's great even when we have power failures my internet stays on and running!
