There is no password on this, try resetting the password on your WiFi router.

The only way to reset the admin password is to perform a hard reset. Hold down the reset button on the back of the SB6190 until the front LED turns off and release the reset button. If you're referring to the Wi-Fi password, the SB6190 does not include Wi-Fi functionality. Refer to your Wi-Fi router handbook.
