“Is the arris more stable/faster/better than the (Spectrum)Hitron E31N2V1 modem thats docsis 3.0 & 3.1 with 32 DstreamX8upstream? I have ultra tier package @ min 400x20 but i get 800x30 consistantly. does this arris have doc 3.1?”

All I can say is that any modem with Intel's Puma 6 chipset is absolutely horrible, especially this one. Avoid at all costs.
