“Is this modem compatible with Charter and/or Spectrum cable service?”

Bought this modem 4 days ago because it is on Spectrum approved modem list. Spectrum will not connect it they say it is not certified anymore. Maybe you will have better luck but I have tried with them 4 different times

On their Charter Spectrum, they list Arris SB8200 Rev4, as a compliant modem, however I don't know where you can buy that model. That's why I also asked if the model, less the Rev4, would work. Maybe that is the difference.

Yes! I did need to call them to put the equipment on the account but it was very easy.
