No, Please note that SB8200 is a cable modem only, it does not have an inbuilt Wi-Fi router
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.This is only a cable modem. It has two wired LAN outputs but no wifi signal. If you are looking at this modem for speed then I suggest buying the Netgear AX8 like I did when I bought this modem.

For having WiFi services you will need a WiFi capable router behind the modem and before the devices to be connected to the internet. I have a "NETGEAR - Nighthawk AC1900 Dual-Band Wi-Fi 5 Router" (https://www.bestbuy.com/site/netgear-nighthawk-ac1900-dual-band-wi-fi-5-router-black/1754208.p?skuId=1754208) which have been working fine for a long time, however I am not able to get more than 300Mbps wireless, but it delivers almost the full xfinity max speed of 1Gbps for devices connected via network cable CAT6a
