It is compatible with up to 10 gbit speeds in theory, in practice this wont happen because the Ethernet connection to your home network is only 1 gigabit so effectively it has a usable speed of 1 gigabit.

Theoretically, you can get more out of it but as it stands right now if you bind all 4 ethernet ports together (when the firmware is released) it can do 4Gig YMMV
