• According to Blue Stream's Support Page, "Approved Modems shown below are for Speeds UNDER 200Mbps download speed. Speeds at/over 200Mbps download require a Docsis 3.1 modem, which can only be rented from Blue Stream at this time." So they either require you to use a rented device or have not updated their web page to say that the SB8200 is compatible. Their Phone Number from their Contact Us Page is 954-753-0100
