Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Might depend where you are. I bought the SB8200 modem for use with Optimum in Northern Arizona and it could not connect to the network. Eventually a tech came out and he said they only connect with the optimum network maybe 50% of the time. It’s his number 1 problem modem on callouts even though it’s listed as compatible. He said he’s tried to tell Optimum it’s not really compatible but they don’t listen. Probably a great modem otherwise!
