• Yes and yes. You dont have to use voice though, I don't, just bought it in case I will sign up for voice plan sometime.

• No, ONLY internet modem Model Arris (SVG2482AC) support phone and wifi

• This doesn’t support the voice. There’s a different model for that but yes you would need a WiFi router.
