You should have no issues connecting any WiFi modem to this modem. Now depending on what wireless requirements you have for the house and devices, that will be completely dependent on how good/nice of a wireless router you get. If you have need for strong penetration through walls and distance I suggest an asus rt-ac88u, I might have the numbers a bit mixed, but this router works for me with strong signal to my phones and tablets through 2 walls into my backyard out to about 70 yards

I would recommend the Linksys WRT3200ACM Your modem connects to the uplink of the router. You would then have 4 gigabit ports on the router, and 2.4/5ghz wifi bands.
