• Please check the mfgrs stated thru put of the router. Your router could be choking the speed !!

• Dear user, to support above 1Gbps plans, please ensure your modem/gateway is D3.1 and has 2.5Gbps port. Your router should be able to support the higher bandwidth, but it is recommend to use Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) to maximize your performance.
