I ordered the modem for in store pick up and used the coupon when the associate in the store placed the order for me. Go to the geek squad desk in the middle of the store and they will take care of it for you.

You get a coupon printed. You can get that price adjusted after modem is delivered. Return the cm1000. Plus I was able to compare the two. Arris definitely the better of the two.

And I don’t know anyone willing to wait one day for internet to work correctly. Luckily I had bought a bunch of stuff prior and still got $10 bucks off my new device. Totally worth the wait if you can do it. I couldn’t, love gaming too much!
