All the 3 hardware revisions viz Rev 4, Rev 6 & Rev 7 are compatible to work with Spectrum's internet service

Please try again later.there must of been some sort of issue with the internal equipment (parts) as most of the Modems that were originally approved by Cable modem companies were tossed out recently and caused errors. This one was approved by Cox on my last install to replace a Netgear version that I had previously. Netgear is no longer approved either for Modems going forward with Cable Internet providers :(
