Would I get what speed on wireless 1000mbps? null

This doesn't do wireless. It's just a modem. You need a router in addition - then you can get wireless. It will support pretty high speeds from the cable network, depending on your plan. I'm getting 700Mbps from Comcast/Xfinity, and they have faster plans.

Speed at the device is difficult to predict. The speed of the device internet card, the wireless signal strength, and the router speed interact. On my 10-year-old computer I get 10 mbps speed. The new computer gets 133 mbps on the same 800 mbps service using a gigabit modem and router. Your service is 25% faster than mine so if you are not limited by your device card or your signal strength I would expect roughly a 25% improvement or roughly 160 mbps.
