• This device does not have any RJ11 Jacks that would typically be used for the phone services cable companies provide. You would need to inquire if your provider has a separate box for the phone service in lieu of an all in one device.

• No. It doesn’t have a phone line port. It’s a fantastic modem. Very fast! Maybe there is a way to adapt. It does have two Ethernet ports. I would ask an expert at Best Buy or a tech at your phone service.
