No, this device is not compatible to work with satellite internet services. It will only work with cable internet services

You have to use their HT2000W which is a garbage combo router modem with limited features ! it broadcasts 2.4 & 5 with unfortunately extremely slow speeds ie: they state up to 50mbps an 5 to 10 up, "bologna" !!!! More like 15 down and 1-2 up with data caps . Plus the ping/latency is 500 -750 ms, forget having any offsite camera/video viewing as well, don't waste your time with them. You are better off with your cellular hot spot and pay for the data usage. Also horrible tech support! Do your homework and try calling them. Sorry for the bad new and the TRUTH !!!!
