• You should check with your cable/Internet provider. They should have a list of modems that are compatible with your service. I know Comcast/Xfinity has that here in central Pennsylvania

• I would check with your service provider. I have Comcast and on their website under support, I was able to find out that the this modem was compatible. I couldn't tell you if it's compatible with your service provider. Sorry.
