• Yes you should my game and art print were shipped separately. The game arrived first and then the print arrived several days later.

• I’m pretty sure that if you pre ordered the game and it shows that it’s part of your order then you will get it eventually. I happened to pick mine up in person, but I did notice that they have packaged the art in a cardboard mailer so it doesn’t get damaged during delivery. I’ll try to post some pics to show you what I mean. Ultimately, I would just start a customer service call if you don’t think it’s actually coming and a representative will help you.
