I'm not sure how intense R Studio is, but I was pretty impressed with what it can run for the price of it. I was able to run Jackbox games and broadcast it over Zoom at the same time which I thought was kind of intense for a laptop of this low of a price. R studios appears to have less intense system requirements than Jackbox games so my guess is that it probably could (but I can't guarantee it).
