- Answer The ram is not upgradeable as it is soldered. But inside the device there is an open M.2 slot for an SSD, all you have to do is open the back cover and install one.

- Answer I do not see any flickering while connecting my laptop to a Hisense tv using a HDMI cable. Having worked 25 years with the cable company I have experienced people having this problem and found it to be a problem with the hdmi cable even though the cable worked fine with other devices.

QuestionWhat is the processor speed on this computer?.... I plan on using it only for microsoft word, notepad, any word document program really, and web browsing. Is this fast enough to handle that without any problems?

- Answer The Intel Celeron N4020 processor base frequency speed os 1.10GHz and the burst speed is 2.80GHz. Certainly, it will meet your computing needs using MS Word, Notepad and web-browsing without problems.

- Answer I’ve used this Asus E210MA-TB.CL464BK laptop for Zoom meetings, and it works fine, using its internal 720 webcam. The audio both ways is excellent. The picture is sharp, although movement is a little choppy, and the color is not quite as accurate as the external webcam on my desktop PC.

- Answer According to Asus tech support, they recommend 512 GB SSD M2. I used the crucial 512 GB M2 slot Pcie 3.0 NVMe on mine and it worked perfectly.
