• The ram is not upgradeable as it is soldered. But inside the device there is an open M.2 slot for an SSD, all you have to do is open the back cover and install one.

• Although ASUS does not assist with upgrades, the SSD connector can hold a maximum of 512GB 2280 PCIe. Unfortunately the RAM cannot be upgraded.

• ram can not be upgraded, but the m.2 slot will support a gen 3 card of 1 Tb. I just put one in mine and it it works perfectly, and is very easy to install, less than 10 minutes
