Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ok, you're getting a lot of bad answers here. Let a professional help you. Not sure who this "Asus Answers" is but they are wrong on far too many answers and they are wrong again here. The unit comes out of the box with Windows 11 Home in S Mode on it. S Mode means you can only install apps from the Microsoft Store. You can remove the S Mode in the Settings > Activation utility with a Microsoft Account and make it regular Windows 11. If you have a Windows 10 64-Bit installation flash drive, simply boot from that (hold down F2 when pressing power-on and then - in the BIOS - press F8 for boot menu) and you can install Windows 10 Home on it - the built-in Windows 11 license automatically activates Windows 10 as well. You don't have to purchase a separate license! If it is 11 S Mode you will get 10 S Mode and follow the steps to remove the S Mode if you want any decent apps like Google Chrome or Firefox.
