- Answer Memory is not expandable and only comes with 4GB onboard. Recommend ASUS VivoBook series with 8GB onboard and an expansion slot or other comparable brands

- Answer If you can get adoba illustrator through the Windows app store then yes. Otherwise, you'd have to take Windows out of s mode and even then I don't know how much storage that the dough illustrator takes out, but you might not have enough storage to install that

- Answer No, this is what's known as a vivo book. Go from Asus and it's an entry level basic laptop. Everything is soldered to the motherboard including the emcc storage, the ram, the processor. Everything is soldered but I'm not too sure about the wireless card. It may be soldered but I've opened up plenty of these laptops and where you could remove the wireless card and replace it with an SSD but don't quote me on that. I would try to find a video somewhere of someone taking the laptop apart and see but I don't know

- Answer No, the storage or SSD on this laptop is not upgradeable. The SSD is soldered on the motherboard and no available slot to install another SSD.
