• You can use google apps on any Windows PC or Mac, including this one. Just download chrome and you will up and running in no time

• I installed Chrome, Firefox and several other programs. Including Open Office. No problems. This unit is a click above entry level, I doubt it will run graphics intense games etc But for GP's (general purposes) it should serve you well

• No. They're not built in or downloaded. If you want to use Google apps I would recommend a Chromebook. Chromebooks come preloaded with every Google app that you will ever need. Windows computers are meant for Microsoft apps such as Microsoft Office and Onedrive.
