• Yes, no, and yes. I personally use the amazon-basic's USB-C to Ethernet adapter, but I don't see why a normal USB 3.0 to Ethernet adapter wouldn't work.

• There is no Ethernet port available , however, a USB to a RJ45, or HDMI to Ethernet or RJ54 adapter can be used.
