You cannot upgrade the memory from 8 to 16 GB since its soldered to the board, but you can upgrade the m2 SSD to a higher capacity one.

Before they responded I found a page on their website that said this laptop by full model number has ram that is upgradable. About day later Asus contacts me saying that is not. I responded with the pic I attached and still have yet to hear from them. Ill revise this answer one they get back to me. Personally, I would love to know the answer as well considering I bought it on the assumption that it was upgrable
