• As long as you don't block the air vents, no. Fans only turned on when I was doing large file transfer or gaming.

• Its not loud. The fan doesn't let off much sound even when running apps in the background with multiple tabs while Web Browsing.

• Pretty stable . It’s say Harmon kordon but does not feel completely like one . Maybe as to where the speakers are placed on laptop
