It might be a simple configuration problem. I had similar problem when using my Bluetooth headphones with Zoom. I had to go in zoom configuration (the box that pops up when we join a meeting) and select 'test' the microfone. For weird reason my zoom shows two devices with similar names (for the same headphones). I had to switch the device to the second option. Both names are for the same device, but it shows it as two different devices.
