Since my wife got this 5 weeks ago it has shutdown and froze on the average of 2-3 times daily for no apparent reason. We're on our second 5 fan cooling pad but still keeps shutting down. I suspect a bad computer. As an Elite Plus member probably going to send this bad boy back and try another within our 45 day return period...great advantages but this random shutdown is trying her patience. She does play WOW, but I don't see why this would cause these random shutdowns. Many updates? Overheating?
