“Just got this product today and there's doesn't seem to be much airflow in this laptop. After I finished setting up the laptop, it was starting to get hot already. How will this laptop be able to handle more intensive software if it gets hot so fast?”

I have had mine for two months now and it has never been even slightly hot. I am wondering if your has a fan problem.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine gets very hot too, especially when playing a game. I keep the rear elevated to help airflow. I have not messed with the MyAsus App or the bios to adjust the fan speed/temp, but that may be something to look into as well.

I went software heavy right off the bat and maybe I wasn't paying attention enough but I do not recall fans coming on... However, it did cool down pretty quick and I had it on my lap.. It definitely maxed out on a temperature but not the high heat I experienced when first turning it on... I will say though, unbelievably impressed with this laptops speed and display.
