A:Answer Unable to reply to an answer to my question, so doing it this way. ASUS support tried to fix, could not, forwarded me to someone who did a remote login. Thought it was an ASUS tech, but was from Microsoft. They noted the C partition showed up as 26 GB and ~53 GB. Was not sure how this could be. Recommended complete repartition and firmament of SSD, reinstalling of Win10 on a 100 GB new partition. This for a computer right our of the box. Best Buy Geek Squad saw same old issue and asked me to pay them to recover the HD... on a brand new computer! Best Buy won't replace/exchange unless i pay an additional $850, as this was an open box item, and no others exist. So my options are to cut and restructure the SSD, or return it for my money back.
