• The maximum memory support for this laptop is 32GB (2 x 16GB), SODIMM 2666MHz DDR4 RAM.

• You will need an 8 GB 2667 MHz DDR4 laptop memory module. Brands no idea. It should be easy to insert a new memory module, because a cover on the back gives access to almost everything after you unscrew it.
