Is this the new a15 model from ASUS? null

Yes. I just received it. I actually asked online chat this same question as I was afraid it was a the older ryzen 3000 series. Even thought it does not say it on the description, when you go to the processor, it says "8 cores and 16 threads " The older version has 4 cores and 8 threads. Get it. This thing is fast.

Yes technically this is the new a15 model although it doesn’t specify in the title but says it in the fine print In the description. But If I were you try to get the rtx 2060 one of the cheapest laptops with the rtx 2060 out right now, competing for the space with msi GF65 series.
