Katie, I know that ASUS already answered your question, but I have to add something; consumer PC's (desktops, laptops, tablets, etc.) have used dual-channel RAM almost exclusively since the early 2000's. Meaning that probably 99.9999999% of computers that are sold today use dual-channel RAM. You're not going to find anything using single-channel RAM outside of a "retro gaming" enthusiast group. So, asking if the RAM is dual-channel, is a bit. . . redundant(?) in our modern world.
