• This is the 8GB stick that I upgraded my FX506IV with: Crucial 8GB Single DDR4 3200 MT/S (PC4-25600) CL22 SR X8 Unbuffered SODIMM 260-Pin Memory - CT8G4SFS832A It ended up being the same exact memory that was used from Asus in my FX506IV manufactured in March.

• I attempted to answer this earlier, so hopefully it doesn't appear twice. I purchased two 8gb ram sticks for mine. It wasn't recommended to have different brands of ram in the laptop. It needs to be DDR4 3200, 1.2v, and laptop form(SODIMM).
