Is there an extra hard drive slot to install an SSD? null

One option is to replace the hard drive with an SSD. Then remove this disk drive and replace it with a conversion kit to store your hard drive.

No, and there is no graceful way to enter the chassis to replace the HDD for an SSD. There is however a youtube video showcasing the process (although it made me cringe several times) so to a determined and CAREFUL technician, it can be done. otherwise leave it be.
